At SS I NEED IT (Pty) Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

Email us at: info@ineedit.co.za
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging
Must not be:
- Worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, personal care)
- Custom or special-order products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–14 business days (depending on your bank)

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged item
A missing item
Or the wrong product

We will:

Replace the item or
Issue a full refund

Return Shipping

The first return request per order may qualify for free return shipping
Additional returns from the same order may incur a shipping fee

In some cases:

You may be required to ship the item back yourself
A return label or instructions will be provided

Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable:

Original shipping fees (unless item was defective or incorrect)
Customs duties or taxes (if applicable)

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:
